Almond Blueberry SMoothie

I think we can all agree - smoothies are delicious! But often smoothies are loaded with added sugar, which is not great for our blood sugar and overall health. Smoothies can be great though when less sugar is involved and good quality, nutrient-packed ingredients are involved. This smoothie is one of those good ones! Smoothies are particularly good to drink after a workout, when your glycogen stores are depleted and ready to take up the glucose. This recipe was inspired by a similar smoothie on the Centr app.
